Meeting Room Request Form

AmericanHort Meeting Policy
All meetings held during Cultivate, including those at area hotels, are subject to the approval of AmericanHort to minimize conflict with Cultivate events and functions. Meetings include, but are not limited to, receptions, social functions, exhibits, demonstrations, technical seminars, and training sessions. Meeting space may only be reserved by an exhibitor, sponsor, or approved organization and cannot be used in lieu of exhibit space. Large events can not be held during restricted hours.

Restricted hours are:

Saturday, July 11, 2026 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday, July 12, 2026 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Monday, July 13, 2026 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday, July 14, 2026 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
